Angie Woyar
E-RYT 500, CIYT
Angie Woyar discovered yoga in 1996, and from the very first class, something shifted—her mind grew quieter, her breath steadier, and her body more at ease. What began as a personal refuge soon became a lifelong path of transformation and inquiry.
Angie was drawn to the Iyengar tradition for its clarity, depth, and precision. She took her first Iyengar class in 2005 and never looked back—eventually earning her Intermediate-level certification after years of dedicated study. Her journey has brought her all the way to India, where she immersed herself in the Iyengar method and studied at its source.
Through every chapter of life, yoga has remained Angie’s anchor—meeting her in moments of joy, transition, and deep challenge. For her, yoga is more than a practice; it’s a daily act of devotion, awareness, and presence that continues to unfold.
Whether you’re seeking strength, healing, or a deeper understanding of your own body and mind, Angie offers an open, grounded space to explore. Her classes are marked by thoughtful alignment, intelligent sequencing, and an unwavering respect for the practice and the people in the room.
