Our Approach
We honor yoga as a living practice—one that evolves with you. Through creative sequencing, breath-centered movement, and an integrative perspective towards the body and mind, we cultivate sustainable, embodied awareness. Our classes draw from the energetic principles of yoga, weaving in Ayurvedic wisdom, somatic exploration, and the support of modern science. Many of our teachers are trained in the energetic Vinyasa style of Prana Vinyasa, synthesized and shared by Shiva Rea.
Practice Community
Sandhyā Yoga is a collective of teachers and practitioners committed to deepening their connection to yoga and to each other. Sandhyā Yoga is a space for embodied practice, integrating the wisdom of āsana, Ayurveda, and modern movement science. Our approach blends breath, rhythm, and intelligent sequencing to support balance, vitality, and transformation—both on the mat and in daily life.
The Sanskrit word Sandhyā refers to the liminal spaces of sacred transition, reflection, and renewal as powerful opportunities to connect with ourselves and our natural intelligence. Inspired by this concept, our practice is designed to help you move with awareness through the natural cycles of life. Whether you’re flowing through dynamic movement, grounding in stillness, or exploring new dimensions of embodiment, our teaching nurtures resilience, clarity, and connection.
