Jade is trained in Prana Vinyasa, a breath-centered, embodied approach to yoga rooted in the teachings of Shiva Rea. What began as a personal practice to support her mental health evolved into a transformative path of connection, healing, and self-discovery.
With a strong, soulful asana practice and a deep commitment to creating inclusive space, Jade offers classes that blend grounded movement, intuitive rhythm, and intentional breathwork. She teaches with the belief that yoga is not just about activation, but about feeling—listening to the body, honoring sensation, and reconnecting with inner presence.
As the Studio Director of Sandhyā Yoga, Jade brings heart, clarity, and leadership to everything she does.
