Kate teaches thoughtful vinyasa with a focus on breath, body awareness, and sustainable movement. Her classes blend structure and softness, encouraging students to move with curiosity rather than urgency. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or seeking a softer approach to your practice, she’s here to help you meet yourself with patience and ease (and maybe a little laughter, too).
When she’s not teaching, you’ll find her sipping matcha, reading fantasy, hiking with her pup Clooney, or trying to talk her plants into growing faster.
