RYT 200, 300 hour in progress

I first wandered into a yoga class in high school, looking for a way to stretch and recover from sports, but quickly discovered a deeper sense of connection, embodiment, and flow that extended beyond the physical. Years later, when corporate life left me feeling drained, yoga became my steady anchor and reminder of inner resilience.

After moving to Denver, I experienced Prana Vinyasa with Devon, completed my 200-hour training with her, and continue to learn in her community. My classes are rooted in lived experience and designed to offer a supportive, steady space where you can move, breathe, and reconnect—honoring your own pace and finding balance both on and off the mat.
