Kara facilitates inner rituals that awaken and alchemize the vital life energy flowing through all sentient beings. Through yoga, she guides practices that invite breath and intentional movement in order to cultivate harmony in body, mind, and spirit and open pathways for qi to flow freely. She is inspired by slow-moving, passing seasons, liminality and the space between; the intangible energy and connection that exists between people and objects. She's a soul friend, reverent listener, part homebody, part seeker and a deep admirer of the natural world. In addition to Prana Vinyasa, Kara is a practitioner of Classical Five-Element Acupuncture, offers Taoist/Five-Element yin yoga workshops, and holds a 500-hour Comprehensive Pilates Instructor certification.
